Staff Discount
Our Greggs Employee Staff Discount Scheme is very generous, offering you up to 50% off our bakery produced goods and 25% off bought-in products and products outside of our standard range.
Holidays
Your holiday entitlement starts with 21 days, in addition to bank holidays,which increases with service up to a maximum of 30 days after 25 years’ service.
Long Service Awards
We value loyalty which is why we express our appreciation to longstanding employees by rewarding them with milestone gift awards and service recognition events.
A Share of Our Profits
After 6 months service you may be eligible for our profit share scheme where the company distributes 10% of its profits and allows you to share in the success of the business.
Share Save Scheme
We offer share save schemes so you are able to buy discounted Greggs shares by saving a set amount of money over a fixed time to have an even bigger share of our profits.

Life Assurance
You will receive free life assurance after 1 years continuous service. This is a death in service benefit which provides a lump sum payment equal to one and a half years’ salary.
Pension Scheme
The Greggs Pension Scheme is a great way to save for your retirement and a valuable staff benefit. As well as the contributions you make to the scheme, Greggs will also contribute and you will receive tax relief from the Government into your pension fund.
When you join Greggs you may be automatically enrolled into our pension scheme after being employed for three months. This will depend on your age and earnings. However if you do not meet the criteria or wish to join during your first 3 months you can do by opting in to the Scheme by contacting Legal & General on 0345 0264684.
Not only is your pension contribution free of tax and national insurance, Greggs will also contribute up to 3% of your salary into your pension fund.

Health Cash Plans
As an employee of Greggs you are eligible to apply for a simply health cash plan for your everyday healthcare appointments where we can arrange for deductions to be made from your salary.
Through the Cash Plan you’ll be able to claim money back, up to an agreed annual limit, towards the cost of check ups and treatment for you and your family including dental check ups, eye tests and physiotherapy.

Payroll Giving
You can choose to set up a regular donation to your preferred charity through our Payroll Giving Scheme.
